Mihai & # 769; l Ma & # 769; rkovich Cooper & # 769; NCO (.. November 18, 1905, with Sambek Taganrog district, Rostov region, Russia - June 19, 1938, Rostov-on-Don, Russia) - Soviet statesman and party figure, the second secretary of the Taganrog City Committee of the CPSU (b) from 1935 to 1937.

Born November 18, 1905 into a poor peasant family. At age 16, after his father`s death, to feed his family - two younger brothers and her mother, a laborer got a Taganrog Metallurgical Plant. He studied at the evening workers` faculty. He became an electrician, assistant steelmaker. In 1924 he joined the Komsomol. In 1926 he was elected secretary of the Komsomol organization of the plant. In 1927 he became a member of the CPSU (b), and was sent to the North Caucasian Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) the Secretary of the Komsomol district committee to Vladikavkaz.

In 1929 he was assigned to study in Moscow at the Communist University. In 1931 he returned to Taganrog and was elected chairman of the factory committee of the Metallurgical Plant.

In 1932, the new first secretary of the Taganrog city committee of the CPSU (b) SH Vardanian draws attention to the promising young employee, and encourages its Secretary of the Party Committee of Taganrog tannery. In 1933, the city committee recommends Bondarenko Mikhail Markovich party secretary to one of the largest enterprises in Taganrog factory "Red boilermaker".
