Egorova Marina S. (01.15.1952, Leningrad). Psychologist. He graduated from Leningrad State University of Psychology (1974). PhD (1983). Doctor of Psychology (2000).
Professor, Head of the Department psychogenetics Faculty of Psychology (2003). At Moscow University he has created and teaches courses on the psychology of individual differences and psychogenetics.
Member of the Russian Psychological Society (executive secretary of the Moscow branch). He organized and headed the Council on Differential Psychology at the Ministry of Education of Russia (2000).
The winner of the RF Government Prize in Education (1998).
Research interests: psychogenetics nature of individual differences. He organized the first national longitudinal study of twins psychology, aimed at assessing the role of heredity and environment in shaping individual differences and to determine the age dynamics of genotype-environment relations. Its work is carried out a systematic analysis of the relationship of psychological functions and the role of genotype in maintaining the integrity of the individual structure of human mental properties. In a number of applied research identified the most significant environmental influences that determine individual differences in psychological characteristics of the person.
