Maria Simon Pak in his youth worked as a saleswoman in a shoe store.
At 18, she enrolled in acting class Simon, where she studied with Michelle Morgan (who by that time was already known) and Daniel Delorme. She met later actor Ron Maurice, whom she married in 1950. Wanting to leave his career, so as not to remain in the shadow of her husband, she refuses the scene, determined to do only ceramics. She then engaged in painting, which becomes one of her passions. Six years later she divorced with Maurice. However, his attraction to the movie is not dull, and she wants to return to the stage. Since 1958, she began her career, which immediately took off, and continued for several decades.
In the theater, she was successful especially in parts of the tabloid pieces (she appeared in "Theatre tonight," several times), it also takes a supporting role in the movie. It can be seen in the film "Gendarme of Saint-Tropez," "The Dukes in examinations", "crisis" ... On television, she starred in the TV series "Dr. Sylvester" on channel France 3 (France 3).
In the movie, she took the role of the bourgeois ladies, she finally got tired and she gave up acting, starting to write for the theater comedy. So, the first of its success was the production of "Teach me, Celine."
Her son, Francois Pak, also an actor.
