Kirovograd region (Ukraine). In 1965 he graduated from

Philosophy Faculty of Kiev State University. Taras Shevchenko

to 1977 he taught at the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute. Makarova. From 1977 to

1987 worked as director of the Nikolaev branch of Kiev State Institute
