Vesklyar Pinchas was born in 1911 in the town of Talnoe Kiev province (now the Cherkasy region) into a poor Jewish family tailor Chaim Vesklyara. From early childhood, he played in the local drama club. In the years 1932-1940 the actor Cherkassy worker-peasant theater, head of the club and the artistic director of the comb in the village.
During the Great Patriotic War, he was taken prisoner, escaped from the camp in occupied Kiev. I got a job on the railroad. There`s also organized a drama club and until the liberation of the city staged presentation in 1943. After the liberation of Kiev was forced to leave and settled in Lutsk artist Volyn Ukrainian Music Theatre. Shevchenko, where he worked during the 1946-1959 period. There, in Lutsk, he met his future wife, Galina, who worked as a secretary of the theater, was born here, his son Bogdan, who also became an actor.
