Giovanni Dozy born August 25, 1953 in the small municipality of Fiorenzuola-d`Arda in northern Italy, in the province of Piacenza (Fiorenzuola d`Arda, Piacenza, Italy). In February 1976 he received a degree in economics with honors, wrote a paper `Keynes` General Theory: Income Distribution and Economic Activity`; in 1977-1978 passed specialization in the Supreme Economic Institute Adriano Olivetti (ISTAO, Istituto Superiore di Studi Economici Adriano Olivetti) Ancona, Italy (Ancona, Italy); and in July 1983 he received his doctorate in economics in the academic center of the Science and Technology Policy Research, University of Sussex (University of Sussex).
