Boris Dubin (born December 31, 1946, Moscow.) - Russian sociologist, translator of English, French, Spanish and Latin American, Polish literature, teacher of sociology of culture at the Institute of European Cultures Russian State Humanitarian University and Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences, Head of the socio-political research Yuri Levada Analytical center (Levada center), deputy chief editor of the journal "Bulletin of public opinion" (both - c December 2006).

Born into a family of doctors.
