The band formed in late 1981, when Chibon " Chyui " Batterman and Tom Niemeyer moved to Washington from California. Spiritual (or rather - spiritless) food both pupils were extremely hardcore songs "Black Flag" and "Circle Jerks".

They lived somewhere in the 80 kilometers away from each other, and the only punk in the area, which could meet Chyui was fourteen Dana Collins, who knew how to play the whole album "Sex Pistols" on drums. The boys organized a trio of "No Reason", where Tom played guitar, Dan drumming, Chyui shouted into the microphone, but that`s about the bass player somehow forgotten. In winter 1981 Chyui switched to basuhu and Tom wail.
Meanwhile, the first team was renamed the "Gang Green" (not to be confused with the same team from Boston) and then in "The Accused".According to the music turned a cross between "Black Flag" and the British Oi !. Initially, the group volunteered to sing John Dahlin, who stayed in the band in the summer of 1982 to May 1984. The group slowly rehearsed first hardcore stuff, and at the end of 1982, they came to take a look from Tom Pig "Poison Idea".
"Accused" seemed to him as curious ,he ventured to include them in the concert program "Fartz" and "Poison Idea" in Portland in November 1982. So, to the delight of hardcore it happened the very first show "Accused". Then came the era of irregular club performances, one of which team warmed to anyone then unknown "Replacements".Gradually, the group got rid of the political- punk image and become more metal- oriented. Unhappy with this, John Dahlin left the band, and in its place stood Blaine " Fart " Cook.
During the period of participation in Dalin "Accused" was recorded a bunch of demos and one album, released in 500 copies and is called "Please Pardon Our Noise -It Is A Sound Of Freedom " It was a split- drive -. On the second side featured artist " Rejectors " Jerry from the last command later with Blaine became a member. " Black Nasty " With the new line-up. " Accused " recorded the EP" Martha Splatterhead " and published it on his own label "Condor" circulation of about five hundred copies again.
Songs from this mini-alboma with even more fresh material subsequently made their debut LP "The Return Of Martha Splatterhead" - worst hardcore album with metal guitars, torpedo speed and dying vocals crippled pterodactyl. The recording took place in the following configuration : Blaine - vocals, Alex " Maggot Brain " Sibbald- Bass, Dan - drums, Tom - guitar. Chyui by then was ejected for a bad habit to indulge in drugs. By the way, pernicious passion drove him to handle, and in 1996 he committed suicide. After recording "Martha`s Maddest Story Ever Told" from the group flew Dana - from creative expediency ,and Tom was only as a result of the original composition.
Group more thrash - metallic, and turnover continued. On the album, "Hymns For The Deranged" tapped new drummer Steve, who then replaced Josh. It lasted until the album "Splatter Rock", where it has displaced Devin. This CD is the latest release of the "Accused",after which the band disappeared from the musical horizon. Niemeyer Sibbald and later played "Grunttruck", and then Tom said their presence "Hellcat", "Lye" and "Mona Diesel".
